• Adult&Kid 3D masks with PM2.5 filter inner pocket
  – Protection Class (Filter): PM 2.5
  – Function: Anti-Dust, Anti-Pollen, Micro-Particle Barrier
• Each face mask is made with 100% soft, breathable, and stretchable Polyester fiber.
• Each mask is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams due to the custom nature of the production process!
• Thread color is black or white only
• Adjustable elastic sidebands with lock buckle allow it to wear easily. No need to tie or untie the mask each time you decide to put it on or take it off.
  – Face mask laces can be black or white
  – Package: One (1) Pack of  Reusable Face Mask (With Three (3) Carbon Filters for each piece of mask)
• Important note:
  – Please wash the mask before wearing but Do Not Wash the plug-in filter as it will become damaged.
  – Wash mask by hand with soap and water, then air dry mask.
  – Avoid the use of bleach.

Due to manual measurement, some difference is unavoidable. Please be tolerant!

SHIPPING TIME:

Orders from the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 2-3 weeks from shipping date.

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 3-4 weeks from shipping date.

REFUND POLICY :

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #wp....along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
